O'Sonho Portuguese Fusion: Taste the Dream indeed!

Calda Verde (Php. 180) - in Portugal this is a famous clear soup with potato, shredded kale, and chunks of chouriço sausage; O'Sonho's version is a bit creamy but still healthy; dash some pepper if desired

Chouriço sausage Sisig (Php. 210) - meaty, crispy and cooked in olive oil (one of the bases of Portuguese cuisine); it has none of the lardy aftertaste like regular sisig; perfect with rice or wine (or both)

Portuguese Chouriço (Php. 260) - a staple in Portuguese cuisine; appetizer that's a bit spicy

Sea Bass (Php. 680) - Chillean sea bass drenched in butter lemon sauce served with herb rice

To Share Iced Lemon Tea (Php. 140) - freshly brewed tea with American lemons and a hint of peppermint; yes, its served in a "fish bowl" and quite refreshing!

Peri - Peri Chicken Pasta (Php. 310) - "piri piri" (small fiery chili peppers) is one of the basic spices in Portuguese cuisine; olive oil, sundried tomatoes and herb based dressing tossed with tagliatelle

Salmon (Php. 380) - pan-griddled and glazed with fermented soybean paste, served with daikon (raddish) pickled relish and fresh herb rice; savory soft and healthy filling

Sorvete Frito (Php. 220) - fried ice cream with almonds and shredded dried mangoes; a must-have dessert!

Tres Leches (Php. 220) - pair with coffee or tea for a perfect meal-ender or for a sweet fix
