King Chef Fine Dining: The Imperial Feast Opening

The King Chef Fine Dining opening menu

Red table napkins and gold tablecloths for good luck

We were invited to the grand opening of King Chef Fine Dining located at 989 Banawe St., Q. C.

King Chef Fine Dining was bourne out of the need for a bigger space for bigger groups of guests for special occasions. So husband and wife team, Michael Chan-Ang and Marites Apiado-Ang as luck would have it, leased the building next to King Chef Dimsum Kitchen (opened June 29, 2009) and Cantonese Soup Kitchen (opened July 2009).

Oh, its not just the food you'll rave about because once you enter the ambience is enticing! You'll know also that aside from their sumptuous Cantonese food and clean-cut interiors, the superb service you'll experience will add to your desire to return.

Here's the Imperial Feast we had that night:

Appetizers
- Fried Prawn Dumpling and Malaysian Cake with Tea

Cold Cuts Combination
- Seaweeds, Century Egg,
King Chef's "chinese" maki, etc.

Imperial Spare Ribs
- Slow-cooked, tender and juicy slices (seasonal/a must-try)
